Multi-site replacement for medical professionals at 80% The Nant organization manages all public healthcare in the Eastern Vaud region. It acts as a public health authority at the request of Vaud. Its healthcare services are open to everyone, including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. Services are provided by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. The Nant organization is a member of the Vaud Hospitals Federation (FHV), the umbrella organization for regional Vaud hospitals recognized as being of public interest. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together healthcare partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. If you wish to use your professional skills for the benefit of a dynamic institution in the field of mental health, and if you are committed, responsible, and able to follow rigorous guidelines, then you may be the new member to join our team in the role of: Multi-site replacement for medical professionals at 80% TASKS In this position, you will be required to perform all traditional tasks of a medical secretary, such as greeting visitors, answering and managing phone calls, handling the admission and discharge files, typing and/or proofreading medical letters, reports, and various correspondences with the AI, peace justice, and others. You will also be required to replace permanent staff during their planned vacations (scheduled several months in advance) or during their unplanned absences. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A person holding a CFC in commerce (or an equivalent qualification), with excellent spelling. To occupy this position, it is required to have experience in a medical environment (minimum of 2 years). We are looking for someone who can demonstrate flexibility, who can adapt to different sites, and who will be available (replacements are frequent during school vacations). The person we are looking for must also be autonomous and willing to travel between different sites. Finally, we would like to work with a versatile person who has a sense of responsibility as well as good skills to manage the stress related to the position.
