You play an essential role in the daily smooth operation of our infrastructure, by intervening on varied missions combining maintenance, technical support, and equipment management.Main responsibilities:- Carry out the monitoring of breakdowns inherent to the buildings.- Coordinate routine maintenance work (preventive) and the interventions of external companies, check the quality of the work, and accept the works.- Perform periodic checks of the structures. Analyze malfunctions and propose solutions and occasionally replace colleagues on other tasks.- Guarantee the accuracy of the FER Genève building plans and keep them constantly up to date.- Ensure the removal of garbage and waste.- Perform errands and external transport.- Ensure regular on-call duty and on-site interventions in the event of a technical alarm.- Occasionally ensure the service of reception.Profile:- You hold a CFC or a title deemed equivalent.- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function.- You master building techniques as well as building safety rules.- You hold a category B driving license for travel.- You master safety standards as well as SIA standards.Aptitudes and skills:- Sense of service, availability, and listening to internal needs, importance of the quality of service and well-being offered to clients.- Ability to explain a technical problem simply.- Ease of communication with internal and external services.- First-degree technical versatility (basic electricity, small plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing).- You show perseverance in the execution of your tasks and are perfectly organized.- You show flexibility and integrity.- You possess a good team spirit. jid8a422bfaen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
