With over 700 employees, including around 450 people in reintegration, PRO is a privileged partner of local and regional companies. A model of reintegration, PRO offers people excluded from the traditional economy, notably due to disability, the opportunity to reintegrate professionally. As a training company, PRO also welcomes around sixty apprentices (Fpra INSOS, AFP and Federal VET Diploma) with specific needs in about fifteen different trades.
In this context and to cope with an increase in volume to be processed, we are looking to recruit for a temporary assignment a:
Multi-skilled Operator — Bicycle Mechanic Assembler with Federal VET Diploma (M/F) at 100%
Job Description :
- Assemble electric-assisted bicycles from the bare frame;
- Check the assembly;
- Carry out road tests;
- Follow the production schedule;
- Meet customers' orders daily:
- Manage technical data (files, plans and bills of materials);
- Inspect and test the final product quality before delivery.
Profile sought :
- Federal VET Diploma as bicycle mechanic assembler or equivalent qualification;
- 3 years of professional experience in industrial production;
- Experience in the social field.
Specific skills/qualities required :
- Excellent management of priorities, quality and meeting deadlines;
- Embody the values (work, responsibility, solidarity, respect) and culture of PRO;
- Be comfortable interacting with different people and diversity;
- Demonstrate autonomy, proactivity with good stress management.
