To strengthen its team, the General Services department of the FER Genève is looking for someone to ensure the monitoring of FER Genève buildings, as well as various tasks related to the equipment of the buildings. You play an essential role in the daily smooth operation of our infrastructure, by intervening on varied missions combining maintenance, technical support, and equipment management.Main responsibilities:- Carry out the monitoring of breakdowns inherent to the buildings.- Coordinate routine maintenance work (preventive) and supervise external companies, check the quality of the work, and accept the works.- Perform periodic checks of the structures.
