You benefit from a 120-hour training as a healthcare assistant from the Red Cross, with salary and title depending on the diploma. A minimum of 2 years of experience is desired, especially in home care: a sense of responsiveness and solution-oriented. Versatility, flexibility, and adaptability are required. You are dynamic, autonomous, and able to work as part of a team. Comfortable with driving tools and vehicles.
