Within the technical office, you will play a key role as a Movements Constructor (M/F) in the design of our future calibers. We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to ensure the technical excellence of our products. Movements Constructor (M/F)Missions and Responsibilities:- Design and develop new watch movements (conventional and preliminary studies up to final construction), ensuring compliance with established quality standards and guidelines.- Ensure the evolution of existing products by adding new features.- Develop and maintain a complete and structured technique for each study project.- Actively contribute to the selection of the best technical solutions during the development process.- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (logistics, production, etc.) for the development, testing, and launch of new products.Experience:- Holder of a degree in Mechanical Engineering with confirmed experience in watch construction. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in watch construction.Technical Skills:- Advanced mastery of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, notably V5.- Proficient with standard office tools (Microsoft Office).Personal Qualities:- Rigorous, organized, and dynamic, you are recognized for your critical thinking. You are proactive and propose continuous improvement initiatives.Aptitudes:- Excellent team spirit and ability to manage various stakeholders.
