ASSC for the night shiftWhat if you helped us design a more inclusive society?Located in the Vevey region, between city and countryside, the Cité du Genévrier welcomes adults with disabilities due to an intellectual deficiency. A multidisciplinary and multi-site structure, it offers the people welcomed a particularly harmonious living and working environment as well as a set of skills adapted to their needs. Integrated into Eben-Hézer, the Cité du Genévrier is the custodian of the moral testament of its founder, Sister Julie Hofmann. In this capacity, it considers the happiness of the people welcomed as the priority of its mission.To complete our night team, we are looking for two people as ASSC for the night shift at an activity rate of 50%.MissionThe main mission of this function is to ensure the physical and mental comfort and well-being of the residents during the night and to ensure the continuity of global support between the day and night teams for each of them in accordance with the established project.Profile- Hold a CFC as a health and community care assistant (ASSC)- Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of intellectual disability- Know how to use the Peg and Pej- You master standard tools, possess a driver's license, and are willing to work irregular hours, including during weekends and holidays.Working conditionsWe offer you the opportunity to take part in a human project and to evolve in a work environment conducive to the fulfillment of the mission and your professional development.
