MLOps OpenShift - AI LLM / GPU (f/m/d) For one of our public sector clients in Geneva, we are looking for an Expert MLOps OpenShift - AI LLM / GPU (f/m/d) responsible for supporting the transition to production on AI, through the deployment of ML/LLM models and the establishment of industrial MLOps pipelines on OpenShift, as part of a specific mission with some planned on-site presence. Mission - Design and deploy ML/LLM inference services on OpenShift, particularly through vLLM, with a focus on performance and availability. - Establish and industrialize MLOps pipelines (Kubeflow, MLflow): training, packaging, deployment, monitoring, and promotion. - Align with scientific teams to frame needs, standardize workflows, and secure the production deployment of models. - Manage and optimize GPU resources (quotas, monitoring) to ensure efficient and effective operation. - Define standards (security, observability, traceability, governance of models) and ensure knowledge transfer. Profile - Proven experience in MLOps / AI on Kubernetes/OpenShift, with production deployment of ML and/or LLM models. - Mastery of vLLM (or equivalent solutions) for LLM inference, with a solid understanding of scaling challenges and strong experience with Kubeflow and/or MLflow (pipelines, tracking, registry, CI/CD of models). - Demonstrable skills in the GPU ecosystem (NVIDIA, drivers, Kubernetes scheduling). - Independent (freelancer/consultant), available for occasional interventions with limited and planned on-site presence.
