Specialist Microsoft Teams Telephony (f/m/d) For our banking client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Specialist Microsoft Teams Telephony (f/m/d). Your mission Lead and implement the complete Cisco CUCM Teams telephony for a given site. Engage across the entire voice ecosystem: call recording, call center, SBCs, physical equipment consoles, and voice. Coordinate and execute all end-to-end activities, including technical workflows and closely collaborate with internal teams and local management to plan and secure service stability phases, ensure advanced support, and assist after profile. Confirmed expertise in Microsoft Teams within complex environments and knowledge of Cisco CUCM as part of understanding network architectures to ensure a reliable and secure telephony deployment. ITIL experience with a real ability to manage structured processes. Proficiency in French and English.
