For one of our clients Geneva, a banking company, we are recruiting for a long term mission, a Microsoft System Engineer who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit.

**Responsibilities** :
As a Microsoft System Engineer you manage, implement and improve a Microsoft/Citrix based systems and infrastructure. You ensure performance and security of an IT Services. Moreover, you manage and resolve complex incidents/problems, you minimize downtime and mitigate impacts on business operations. In addition you implement and maintain system monitoring solutions to pre-emptively identify potentials issues (SCOM). You ensure compliance with security policies and procedures (audits, updates). Besides, you conduct root cause analysis (major incidents) and you lead problem management processes. You, also develop and maintain documentation (system configurations, procedures) and you are part of an on-call service rotation.
**Profile** :
* Bachelor in IT
* Experience in a similar position
* Experience in private banking
* Excellent knowledge in MS Infrastructure (AD, DHCP, SCOM)
* Excellent knowledge in SCCM
* Good knowledge in Exchange 2019 and in MS Teams
* Good knowledge in MDM Mobility platform
* French AND English very good level
* Open to on-call service (one week : 24/24, 7/7)
