Through your expertise, you contribute to the control of product quality, the optimization of control methods, and the continuous improvement of the company's processes.Responsibilities- Perform dimensional checks and 3D measurements according to control ranges and instructions.- Create, program, and optimize measurement programs on three-dimensional (Zeiss), optical (Keyence), and durometer equipment.- Manage the equipment accessible to production.- Participate in the development of control solutions in connection with the MES.- Ensure the management of measurement equipment (calibration, monitoring, and compliance of the fleet).- Train operators on the proper use of control equipment.- Fill out and update control reports and associated quality documentation.- Participate in the continuous improvement of control methods, processes, and the department.- Ensure the analysis and monitoring of measurement system capabilities (MSA) in accordance with quality requirements.- Participate in the definition and implementation of measurement and control equipment best suited to new products.- Identify non-conformities in the department, contribute to their treatment, and actively participate in solving company problems by providing expertise on measurement means and methods.- Participate in company projects (5S, SMED, etc.).Profile- Technical training (CFC, BTS, DUT, or equivalent) in metrology, quality, mechanics, microtechnology, or watchmaking.- Confirmed experience in dimensional metrology, ideally in the watchmaking industry.- Mastery of plan reading and geometric tolerancing (GD&T).- Experience in programming 3D measuring machines (Zeiss, Vertex, or equivalent).- Knowledge of measurement equipment management and associated tools.- Rigor, autonomy, analytical mind, and a taste for teamwork.- Field-oriented, sense of service, and good communication skills.- Ability to evolve in a demanding environment, oriented towards precision and excellence.We offer- The opportunity to join a dynamic, human-sized company in full growth, where your ideas and commitment will make a difference.- An autonomous position with a varied and empowering scope.- A stimulating and varied permanent position at 100%.- Premises located at the gates of Geneva, easily accessible by public transport.- A friendly and caring atmosphere, where people are at the heart of our priorities and where interpersonal skills are as valued as technical know-how.Ready to take on the challenge?Send us your complete file (cover letter, CV, work certificates, and copies of diplomas) directly via the job platform.We look forward to discovering your background and your motivation to join Boucledor! jid7408b85aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
