Supplier of prestigious watch brands, we produce watch crystals and complex sapphire components.

To strengthen our Technical department, we are looking for a

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• You are responsible for machining processes and analysing production malfunctions,
• You monitor technical projects with financial analysis,
• You define operational ranges and update the ERP,
• You define work instruction sheets and ensure their updating,
• You ensure the conformity of tooling nomenclatures.
• You prepare price offers,
• You provide technical support to production,
• You are also responsible for the design of small tools, drafting, and CNC programming (turning/milling).

Your profile:

You hold a qualification as a polymechanic, precision mechanic, or an equivalent qualification.

You have a confirmed similar experience of 5 to 10 years in an industrial production environment.

Also:

• You have knowledge of settings on conventional and CNC machines. Mastery of Solidworks and Gibbscam is a plus,
• You are comfortable with common computer tools,
• You are dynamic and proactive in suggesting improvements,
• You have a developed sense of organisation and responsibility,
• You have an open mind and excellent interpersonal skills,
• You enjoy working autonomously while being able to collaborate effectively in a team.
