We offer you a position in a dynamic work environment within an industrial site in full development where our mission is excellence.Position SummaryAs the MES & FAS Manager, you will play a key role in production digital systems (MES - Manufacturing Execution System, FAS - Factory System) to drive performance, quality, and compliance of the factory. You will manage large-scale digital projects, from conception to implementation, ensuring change management, cost control, and compliance with Nestlé standards.A Day in the Life of a MES & FAS Manager- Configure, maintain, and optimize the MES to support key processes (recipe management, batch traceability).- Maintain connectivity and real-time data exchange between systems and the MES.- Ensure complete traceability of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods, in compliance with quality standards and updated server infrastructure to ensure their reliability.- Drive the digital pillar of the factory and contribute to the deployment of the roadmap.- Align digital priorities with the factory’s objectives.- Work closely with production, quality, and IT teams to address needs.What Will Make You Successful- Engineering degree in relevant field or equivalent technical domain.- Strong experience in MES engineering and ideally in food or process industry.- Proven experience in managing MES projects from design to implementation.- Proficiency in reporting and analysis tools (BI/BA).- Network and server management skills.- Strong project management and digital skills.- Excellent in French and English (oral and written).- Team spirit, autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and the ability to analyze.- Leadership, curiosity, and integrity.What We Offer You:- Real opportunities for professional and personal development.- Pension fund with excellent employer contributions.- An evolving, dynamic, and supportive work environment.- Social benefits.Ready to take on the challenge?
