(1 position/cms)Your missionAs a mental health nurse, your role as a resource person for your future team involves advanced mastery of specific skills:- Clinical: Carry out regular assessments to adapt care to the evolving and complex needs of clients.- Interprofessional: Work in synergy with a multidisciplinary care network to optimize care management.- Leadership and support: Provide guidance and support to your colleagues, thanks to your role as a mental health resource person, acting as a reference within your team.- Organization and management of care: Organize personalized care plans in collaboration with clients while keeping client files up to date in accordance with protocols, including profile sheets.You hold a nursing diploma or a title recognized as equivalent, supplemented by at least two years of experience in adult psychiatry and/or a postgraduate diploma in mental health would be an asset.Endowed with autonomy, versatility, and great listening skills, you have a marked interest in home care and working with different populations. You have the ability to adapt easily to various situations and you excel in communication and collaboration.
