To complete our teams, APREMADOL is looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a:Mental Health Reference Nurse (80%)Your missionAs a reference nurse, you assume the role of case manager. You carry out and delegate quality care to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of clients at home, by identifying their social needs. At their place of living, you define with them the solutions best adapted to their situation, thus developing a privileged relationship of trust. Discover more about this profession by watching the video below.Responsibilities- Assume the responsibility of the reference role for clients presenting disorders related to mental health and/or psychiatry.- Assess and implement care plans according to the needs of the client and their entourage and provide the care planned in the intervention plan, by conducting counseling interviews as well as support in administrative and financial procedures.- Ensure the provision of medically delegated care, hygiene, and comfort as well as support for our clients.- Accompany auxiliaries to ensure the quality of care and maintain lasting links with partners of the regional medico-social network (including volunteers and user groups).- Mobilize the multidisciplinary skills of the CMS care team, while raising their awareness of problems posed by complex or difficult care and by proposing preventive measures.- Document the client's file according to institutional guidelines to allow for the continuity of care.Your profile and skills:- Bachelor's degree in nursing (HES) or equivalent title (recognition of foreign title by the Swiss Red Cross), with specialization in mental health.- Minimum 6 months of experience in nursing care.- Knowledge of the Swiss socio-sanitary field (first job in Switzerland).- Analytical and synthesis skills.- Good command of the French language with solid writing skills.- Ability to manage priorities and make decisions.- Knowledge of standard IT tools.- Ability to communicate and negotiate.- Ability to work in a team.We offer- Mainly daytime hours (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM), with only one evening worked every two weeks until 10:00 PM and one weekend worked every eight weeks.- Working conditions and salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement (CCT) of the parapublic health sector.- Quality professional pension scheme, beyond legal minimums.- 5 weeks of vacation per year, then 6 weeks from age 50.- Prospects for continuing education and development within the network.- Stimulating and humanly rich professional environment, serving the well-being of clients.Start date: immediately or by arrangement.Interested?
