More than cases per year are discussed there. It takes care of patients suffering from diseases of the liver, bile ducts, pancreas, and digestive tract. These files are most often complex or require the opinion of several specialists. This center is recognized for the excellence of care as well as the speed and responsiveness of patient care.Medical Secretary at the Center for Digestive Diseases - 50%You ensure the organization and complete constitution of files and lists of patients and presented cases, the proper functioning and follow-up of multidisciplinary colloquia, the forum, the colloquium on colo-rectal metastases (MCR) of the Center. You ensure autonomously the forums and the MCR colloquium and enter into the patient's electronic file (DPI) the treatment proposals formulated for each patient and during these meetings. You assist the CHBP team in all aspects of their activities: organization of meetings, drafting of minutes, document management, updating of databases, telephone reception, as well as any other task necessary for the proper functioning of the service.You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee and/or a diploma as a medical secretary, or any equivalent training deemed appropriate.You have successful experience of at least two years in a similar position, within a medical environment.You have a perfect command of French, both oral and written, and proven writing skills. Medical terminology is easily understandable to you. Knowledge of English is an asset.You hold the ECDL advanced for Word and standard for Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Web.
