The Crans-Montana Clinic, nestled in the heart of the Valais Alps, is a hospital site of the HUG. Its hospital missions involve taking care of patients in general internal medicine and in polyvalent or acute settings. The Crans-Montana Clinic holds FMH recognition in general internal medicine and trains interns. It develops academic research projects linked with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva. As a medical secretary or assistant, you play a central role in the efficiency and smooth operation of the service. Your mission is to carry out all activities related to documentation: proofreading and correcting discharge letters and advice, processing requests, and filing documents, as well as managing daily transports. You independently manage the follow-up of files, correspondence, email communication, and phone calls, while effectively responding to internal clients. Working as part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, you develop close ties with your secretary colleagues and ensure service continuity during absences, thus contributing to the smooth operation of the department.You hold a CFC (Certificate of Federal Capacity) as a commercial employee complemented by a diploma as a medical secretary or assistant. Proven experience within a medical hospital environment is advantageous. You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and are recognized for your writing skills. Medical terminology is familiar and easily understandable to you. Comfortable with computer tools, you possess a basic ECDL (Word-Excel). Knowledge of HUG systems (DPA, DPI, OPALE) is an additional advantage. Team spirit, a sense of priorities, autonomy, and rigor define your working style.
