Composed of eight medical services, its mission is to provide diagnostics, therapeutic products, therapeutic acts, and specialized clinical services of high medical quality, in the best timeframes and at an acceptable cost, to guide patient care and contribute to decision-making and actions.The main mission of the radiology service concerns diagnostic radiology examinations and therapeutic interventions guided by various imaging techniques. This clinical activity comprises approximately a number of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per year, a significant part of which is provided at a 24/7 pace.As a Medical Secretary for the Radiology Unit of Trois-Chêne, you will assist the unit's responsible physician in various tasks related to clinical activity, research, and ensure the organization of seminars and the updating of scientific archives related to them, typing scientific works and reports for the deputy responsible physician of the unit, as well as taking minutes of the various unit or service meetings.You will also work closely with the team. Due to your rigor, sense of organization, and priority management, you will manage the monthly work schedule of the unit, entering the monthly schedules of physicians while respecting standards and procedures. With a spirit of openness, your great flexibility, discretion, and respect for professional secrecy (confidentiality) allow you to welcome clients and patients.You hold a federal certificate of competency as a commercial employee and/or a medical diploma or equivalent title. You master standard tools, as well as Word (ECDL basic level), Excel, and have a perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written, along with excellent communication skills.
