## Job Description ##
* Manage and organize daily appointments and patient schedules efficiently.
* Handle phone calls and provide accurate information to patients in both French and English.
* Welcome and assist patients upon arrival at the reception desk.
* Maintain and update patient records with confidentiality and precision.
* Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
* Manage administrative tasks, including billing and invoicing.
* Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and professional at all times.
* Provide general support for the day-to-day operations of the office.
## The Successful Applicant ##
A successful medical secretary/Telephonist should have:
* Fluency in both French and English, with strong communication skills.
* Previous experience in a similar role within the Healthcare industry.
* Proficiency in standard office software and tools.
* A professional attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service to patients.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
