Follow-up on injuries or sports, fitness assessments, and interdisciplinary team monitoring are included. Our establishment is accredited as a Swiss Olympic Medical Center, a label that recognizes our competencies and experience in medical sports treatment. To enhance our sports medicine center, we are recruiting a:Medical Secretary (80%) - Sports MedicineYour mission: Complete management of the medical agenda of a physician at the Sports Medicine Center. Physical and telephone reception, appointment scheduling, managing the medical agenda, and urgent requests related to injuries while updating records in Opale. Preparation of medical documents: collection of prior exams, medical questionnaires for sports fitness assessments, correspondence with sports clubs, and postal and email communications. Management of complementary examination documents: radiology, appointments with specialist physicians, tests. Writing and typing medical reports. Proofreading and formatting reports. Teamwork and close collaboration with physicians and secretaries in the department, as well as with radiology, physiotherapy, and orthopedic surgery services.We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria:Holder of a medical diploma. Good knowledge of the insurance system. Desired experience in a medical office, care center, or hospital structure. Experience in sports medicine is an asset. Mastery of medical terminology and excellent spelling. Knowledge of procedures related to sports medicine is a must. Proficiency in tools such as MS Office; knowledge of Opale and Carefolio is a plus. Proficiency in English (minimum B1). Knowledge of German is an asset. Ability to manage priorities based on requests and activity peaks according to sports seasons. Rigor, professional discretion, versatility, and autonomy. Kindness and team spirit along with a willingness to help. Interest in the sports field is appreciated. Ease with a sports audience (youth, adults, professionals).
