MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES You will be a member of the management team and will be responsible, across the two clinics of Grangettes and La Colline, for: - Ensuring the highest medical standards to guarantee the quality of services in the main medical departments, - Optimizing medical and paramedical processes while always considering economic aspects, - Supporting and motivating nursing directors in their responsibilities towards care teams and paramedical staff, - Contributing to the development of innovative medical practices with all members of the team, - Ensuring the achievement of the objectives of the Management and the Group in terms of medical quality and care, safety, efficiency, competitiveness, and economical performance in medical, nursing, and paramedical care, - Ensuring the flow of processes, skills, and techniques, - Coordinating and ensuring cohesion among professionals from different medical services as needed: internists, surgeons, anesthetists, caregivers, physiotherapy, radiology, on-call service, - Developing and promoting comprehensive and secure management of medical nursing, - Ensuring secure, economical, and regulatory management of medications with the support of the responsible pharmacist, - Supporting the development of clinical research and teaching, - Participating in the management of medico-legal affairs, - Promoting the clinics internally and externally (development of medical agreements), - Collaborating and participating with the Director in medical development, - Ensuring awareness of technological developments and medical care. REQUIREMENTS You are a physician with a solid clinical background and a deep understanding of clinical and quality processes. Holding a complementary degree in business management (MBA or equivalent) is highly important. You have confirmed experience in project management. You are recognized as a team leader who knows how to motivate and unite. You possess a sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills to accomplish these missions; you are a native French speaker or have a very strong command of the language.
