Our dynamic team is committed to providing you with prospects related to your project in response to the needs of one of our clients, a Vaud hospital center, we are looking for a Technician in the reprocessing of medical devices for the Central in reprocessing of medical devices – Central (M/F). Your mission: Master the entire process of reprocessing medical devices, in line with the needs of the services and in strict compliance with quality guidelines and institutional directives. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment related to the activity and report any malfunctions. Carry out the cleaning, maintenance, packaging, and self-check of the equipment provided. Ensure traceability, conformity, and validation of the reprocessed medical devices and support the permanent and temporary staff assigned to the activity. Rigorously apply existing procedures and actively participate in their continuous updates. Work according to variable hours including evenings (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM), weekends, public holidays, as well as on-call service. Evolve in a technical and constraining environment (noise, carrying loads, blind areas).Required skills: Mastery of processes and reprocessing of devices and technical equipment control of quality, hygiene, and hospital safety standards; traceability of devices and production software. Ability to train and convey the correct information with precision and strict adherence to procedures; physical endurance and adaptability to environmental conditions. Profile: Holder of a CFC in medical device technology or a diploma as an assistant technician level 1 (STE1), with a relevant CFC for the position; minimum of 1 year of experience in the paramedical, hospital field or in an equivalent role. Manual dexterity and a marked interest in technical equipment. Accurate, meticulous, methodical, adaptable, and responsible person who enjoys teamwork. Good command of spoken and written French (level B2 required). Comfortable with office tools and production software. Ability to work in physical conditions.
