This new centralized structure is entirely dedicated to the management of operating rooms with the objective of strengthening governance, interprofessional synergies, patient care, and processes, while supporting and the operating rooms are composed of 8 modern operating rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology representing nearly 30 operating theaters. Designed to offer optimal patient care 24 hours a day. Each year, more than interventions are performed by dedicated professionals. These specialists cover all surgical disciplines, such as gynecology-obstetrics, ENT, maxillofacial, aesthetic, reconstructive, cardiac, vascular, visceral, urological, orthopedic, hand, neurosurgery, ophthalmological, and including surgery.Deputy Physician – Medical for the Operating Room Directorate – 50% to 100%In the context of the Operating Room Directorate, you ensure the and the of surgical activities. You plan interventions with medical and nursing teams, coordinate flows and professionals, instruments, premises) and adapt the program in real-time to contingencies. You communicate effectively with all operating room stakeholders and guarantee the traceability of data. You validate the program daily, monitor the progress of interventions, reassign rooms if necessary, and participate in weekly meetings. You analyze activity data, track performance indicators, and write monthly reports to improve efficiency and quality. You contribute to fluid communication between operating rooms, anticipate needs, optimize resources, and ensure the consistency of the patient pathway. You participate in meetings and steering committees, while collaborating closely with department heads and the Operating Room Directorate. You hold a diploma as a specialist recognized in Switzerland, supplemented by an ISFM title, in a discipline involved in the operating rooms or a title deemed equivalent. You hold a position of deputy physician or are eligible for this position. Experience in management is an asset. You master clinical and management tools as well as the principles of operating rooms. You demonstrate strong leadership, a keen sense of decision-making, and fluid communication. You show listening skills, diplomacy, and composure while managing stress with resilience and excel in analysis, planning, conflict resolution, and arbitration.
