Composed of nine medical services, its mission is to provide high-quality medical diagnostics, therapeutic products, therapeutic acts, and specialized clinics, as quickly as possible and at an acceptable cost, to guide patient care and contribute to therapeutic decisions and actions.The primary mission of the Cell Therapy Laboratory (LTCHO), located at the Clinical Cell Therapy Laboratory (LTCC), is to prepare stem cells for allogeneic stem cell transplants. The LTCHO also prepares cells for the cord blood bank.Secretary to the Chief Physician or Head of Department - 100%You assist the Head of Department autonomously at the management level of a service grouping several units or entities, in clinical, academic, and research fields, by acting as the interface between the different professional sectors and mastering the overall functioning of the service.- You ensure the management of internal and external correspondence.- You process all administrative tasks.- You collect the necessary information for the constitution of files for decision-making.- You ensure their follow-up.- You hold a Federal Vocational Baccalaureate in commerce and a Federal Diploma as a medical assistant.- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical or hospital field.- You have perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written.
