Missions as a Medical Assistant within MEDALIS: Reception and care path: Ensure a quality physical and telephone reception, manage medical agendas dynamically, and coordinate exams between different care units. Rigorous management: Ensure the quality and follow-up of electronic records, manage medical correspondence (insurance, partners), and actively participate in clinic administration and technical aspects: Assist physicians during technical procedures (surgery, care) and carry out delegated examinations (ECG, sample collection, radiology, etc.) according to prescriptions. Technical expertise in Imaging: Perform radiological exams autonomously according to current protocols, thanks to your entitlement in expanded radiology. Logistics and hygiene: Ensure the maintenance of an exemplary clinical environment (disinfection protocols, maintenance) and manage stocks as well as medical supply orders. Requirements and experience: Diploma as a Medical Assistant (CFC) or equivalent title recognized in Switzerland. Confirmed experience of at least 3 years within a medical structure in expanded conventional radiology (ECR): experience in expanded radiology techniques and clinical: Mastery of hygiene, disinfection, and maintenance protocols. Ability to assist healthcare professionals during technical procedures (care, minor surgery, sample collection) and to perform prescribed exams (ECG, radiology, etc.). Expertise: Excellent command of office tools and medical record management software. Impeccable writing skills (letters, reports, etc.) and ethics: In-depth knowledge of confidentiality and health data protection standards (LPD). Human qualities: Keen sense of rigor and precision. Excellent interpersonal skills (listening, courtesy) to ensure quality reception. Ability to manage urgency and stress calmly. Language skills: Perfect command of French (oral and written).
