We are looking for our Medical Service for a workload of 60% - 70%. Your mission: Strengthen our team to ensure medical visits, health emergencies, as well as activities related to supplementary examinations (ECG, spirometry, vision tests) within the framework of periodic checks (SUVA, firefighters, site and external employment pre-screening).Responsibilities include:- Managing a portfolio of visit files and medical records for physicians- Filing and maintaining archives- Inputting invoices and examination results- Taking charge of first aid activities as part of the health intervention group- Activity distribution: - 60% spread over Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays - 70% spread over Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays- Arrangements are defined in advance and cannot be modified.Requirements:- A federal certificate of competence (CFC) in medicine- At least 3 years of professional experience in a medical office- Experience in emergency care management- Familiarity with medical techniques is a plus- Good mastery of standard tools- Strong communication skills- Ability to manage stress and a sense of responsibility- Discretion and confidentiality.We offer: - A strong corporate culture based on trust and respect - A cutting-edge technological environment within a regional SME- Real opportunities for professional development, including continuous education - Competitive social benefits.Start date: July 1st. jidad59d08aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
