Our client is currently building its first industrial site in Switzerland, in Monthey, with the ambition of creating a leading industrial and technological center within a group supported by an investment fund. The company develops innovative physical-chemical technology, based in part on electromagnetic fields and complex electromechanical systems. The project is now entering a key phase with significant developmental challenges, and in this context, we are recruiting an Engineer with a strong technical dimension. As part of the technical teams on site, you will be at the heart of product development, closely working with partners in power electronics and software teams. Specifically, you will be responsible for:- Participating in the development of electromagnetic winding systems generating rotating fields controlled at different frequencies.- Working on the control and monitoring of these systems via electric drives (VFD, frequency), aligned with performance constraints and the design of power electronics solutions in collaboration with specialized partners.- Engaging with complex systems like electric motors, turbines, pumps (liquid or gas), or similar electromechanical equipment.- Contributing to the development of modular, robust, and cost-optimized technical solutions regarding interfacing between hardware and software, particularly on control, monitoring, and data aspects.- Assisting in setting up systems for data collection and usage analysis to optimize product performance.- Interacting with software teams for the development of analysis tools (Python, AI) within a global logic of system and process design, with strong expertise in electrotechnics, power electronics, or the relevant field.- Experience in complex technical environments with a strong electromechanical and/or electronic component.- Good mastery of electric drives, frequency control (VFD), and associated control systems.- Knowledge in applied electromagnetism.- Experience with systems such as motors, turbines, pumps, or industrial equipment.- Proficiency in software topics, with skills in (Python, data analysis), to evolve in a transverse environment at the interface of hardware, software, and analytics.- Technical curiosity, autonomy, and problem-solving ability.- Dynamic, engaged, with a strong desire to be part of a project in continuous evolution.- Fluent in French; professional English is required.Context & Environment:Key position within an industrial project in a demanding technical phase, combining electromechanics, power electronics, and technological partnerships with specialized teams in an industrial start-up setting: autonomy, versatility, and the ability to build in a rapidly evolving environment.Why join this project?- Participate in the development of innovative technology with high industrial potential.- Work on complex and challenging techniques.- Contribute to the construction of an industrial site from its initial phases.- Evolve in a dynamic environment with a high level of exposure and impact. jid5701d09aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
