Mechanical Design Engineer (M/F) - 4 months with possibility of permanent employment

Within the mechanical design team, you support the development of complex products and technical maintenance activities. You play a key role in transforming concepts into reliable industrial solutions while adhering to the strict standards of the medical sector.

Tasks
The role involves ensuring the design, updating, and maintenance of mechanical designs and associated technical documentation for medical equipment.
- Create and maintain 3D CAD models and technical drawings (parts, assemblies, cables).
- Perform dimensional analyses and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) calculations.
- Manage engineering changes via the Engineering Change Orders (ECO) process.
- Update bills of materials (BOM) and associated technical documentation.
We are looking for
- Degree in mechanical design, microtechnology, or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks modelling software.
- Good skills in functional dimensioning and geometric specifications.
- Good knowledge of document management via a PDM system is an advantage.
