As a building technician, you ensure the perfect operation of electrotechnical or HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times.Tasks:- Management and monitoring of preventive and reactive maintenance of building systems (notably HVAC) for our clients- Maintenance of required conditions in production zones (temperature, humidity, pressure)- Programming, commissioning of controllers in FBD, CFC, ST languages- Maintenance of BMS servers (Kepware, SQL, Archestra)- Processing of tickets and work reports- Participation in projects in the field of MCR (measurement, control, regulation)- Analysis of malfunctions and implementation of defined actions- Proposal and implementation of improvements and upgrades- Participation in the on-call serviceYour profile:- Degree in building technology (Technician ES or BTS)- Good knowledge of technical building management- Knowledge of Beckhoff, Aveva supervision (Wonderware), and communication protocols (Modbus, ASi bus, MP-bus, DALI, Profibus) would be an asset- Proficiency in French (C1) and English level B1- Experience with IT tools and good command of Excel- Good resistance to stress and team spirit- Flexibility and strong customer orientationReady for us?
