CRIDEC processes special waste from companies throughout Switzerland. Majority publicly owned and rooted in the canton of Vaud, the company is growing rapidly and is implementing a modernisation programme worth nearly 20 million francs.

Reporting to management, you ensure that all waste handled finds a reliable disposal or recovery route. You develop the network of outlets (Switzerland and Europe), manage the laboratory, sampling and sorting, oversee logistics, and monitor your budget.

This position is for you if (mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry / environmental sciences or equivalent
• Proven experience in the chemical industry or special waste treatment
• Experience leading a technical team
• French and German essential; English an advantage
