Job Description

Your Mission ?

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Automotive Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Customer Engagement Manager. In this role, you'll support the team in setting up and managing personalised, multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and contribute to business success.

You’ll bring your curiosity, organisational skills, and willingness to learn into a fast-paced, collaborative environment where experimentation and continuous improvement are part of our everyday work. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Growth and CRM Marketing while working with modern marketing tools and real use cases.

Specifically, you will:

  • Support the Automotive Marketing Team in executing CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Assist in setting up, testing, and optimising campaigns within our Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Document existing use cases and help build structured documentation for future marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data and Product, to understand campaign requirements and workflows
  • Perform basic analysis on campaign performance and user engagement to help with improvements
  • Translate business goals into marketing briefs and support operational rollout
  • Help ensure marketing communications are aligned with our brand and resonate with our German-speaking customers

Qualifications

What will you bring to the ride? ?

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, CRM, and customer engagement
  • Comfortable working with marketing tools and willing to learn platforms like Bloomreach, Salesforce, etc.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian or French is a plus)
  • A basic understanding of marketing metrics and customer journeys is a plus
  • Curious, eager to learn, and excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
