We offer courses in robotics, AI, and digital skills for children and young people in Switzerland, with the goal of imparting tomorrow's digital skills in a fun and accessible way.Position: Marketing Manager (starting with content management) Location: Mainly remote Field presence: occasional (locations for photos, videos, promotions) Activity rate: - 20% at the start, focusing solely on content - Evolving to 60% from August, with full responsibility for the marketing manager role Future activity rate possible based on: - Growth in registrations - Development of new skills in Google Ads / Meta Ads Start date: as soon as possible Phase 1 – Content Management (initially – 20%): - Creation and design using Canva (essential) - Posts & stories for Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn - Visuals for newsletters - Basics of visual branding (consistency, readability, hierarchy) Writing (FR / DE / EN): - Catchphrases - Short texts for social networks - Longer texts for newsletters Video & editing: - Short video editing (Reels) - Creating videos & carousels for Meta Ads - Basics for Google Ads visuals - Big +: assistance on YouTube (longer videos, simple editing) Phase 2 – Marketing Manager (from August – 60%): - Promotion of courses and Futurekids in French-speaking Switzerland - Sourcing new partner locations - Management and supervision of our external partners (Google Ads / Meta Ads) - Brand identity and image management - Budget management and follow-up on marketing budget - Proposing ideas, tests (we love to experiment) Desired profile: - French AND German: minimum level C1 in both languages - Good level of English - Comfortable writing to create content in both languages - Autonomous, organized, curious - Sensitive to the issues of digital environments - Comfortable with remote work, with occasional field presence What we offer: - A supportive, motivated, and dynamic team - A position with growth potential, with real responsibilities - Flexibility and trust - A project with a positive impact - Room for your ideas and autonomy Interested?
