Today, as AliveDx, we innovate for life.Manufacturing Technician - 2X8 - TemporaryAliveDx is looking for a Production Technician to join our production team based in Eysins, Switzerland. This is a 2x8 shift position, full-time, and temporary with a maximum duration until December 31.MISSION:Under the responsibility of the Team Lead, you will be responsible for executing daily production activities in ISO 8/7 controlled environments. This includes bioproduction operations and processes while respecting safety standards and cGMP guidelines. You will be required to perform the formulation and filling of biological products, prepare production components, as well as manage the assembly and packaging of consumables.Main responsibilities include:- Prepare biological probe solutions (pipetting, buffer preparation, and storing them in vials)- Install and use production equipment in ISO 8 cleanroom environments- Follow production flows and ensure the supply of materials- Record data in the ERP and ensure batch record traceability- Respect hygiene, safety, and dress code protocols- Perform in-process controls (IPC) and ensure equipment cleanliness- Report non-conformities and participate in corrective/preventive actions- Contribute to the training of new employeesSKILLS- Diploma in pharmaceutical, industrial biotechnology, or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry- Confirmed experience in a controlled production environment (Medical Device/Pharma)- Mastery of production equipment and knowledge of cGMP standards- Experience in ISO 8 cleanroom and biological probe formulation or downstream processing (DSP) strongly appreciated- Ability to identify and explain technical problems and propose solutions- Experience in ERP systems and tools- Team spirit, punctuality, flexibility, and sense of responsibility- Mastery of French; English is a plusWHAT WE OFFER- A dynamic and growing environment- The opportunity to live your passion for diagnostics where innovation and the customer are at the heart of our actions- A flexible work environment (depending on the position) and a range of benefits, including a meal allowance, additional vacation days, a bike-to-work program, technological benefits, and access to discounts on a marketplaceInterested?
