- Carry out the pre-assembly of watch components intended for high complication movements
- Perform filling operations with precision and care according to plans and operating procedures
- Ensure visual and dimensional control of parts during production
- Guarantee strict compliance with quality, cleanliness and traceability standards
- Work closely with production and quality control teams
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in watchmaking, microtechnology or precision industry
- Mastery of pre-assembly and/or fine assembly operations
- Excellent dexterity, attention to detail and great rigour
- Ability to work under a magnifying glass or binocular microscope
- Good understanding of the quality requirements of a watchmaking manufacture
- Team spirit and reliability in task execution
