We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for one of our clients in the canton of Vaud (VD) - Medical Devices SectorThe position: reporting to the Head of Supply Chain & Manufacturing, you are the technical field reference for production equipment and processes. You play a key role in the performance, reliability, and compliance of production lines.Main missions:- Production & process: daily technical support to operators and technicians, problem solving (root cause analysis, CAPA), qualification of equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ), drafting and maintaining SOPs and work instructions.- Quality & compliance: management of non-conformities, steering of Change Controls, active participation in internal and external audits, strict application of regulatory standards.- Continuous improvement: deployment of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, OEE), monitoring of production KPIs, contribution to investment and capacity expansion projects.- EHS: application of safety standards, updating of risk analyses, promotion of a safety culture on the shop floor.Profile sought:- Master's degree in engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing in a regulated environment (pharma, biotech, medtech).- Solid mastery of GMP/GxP, ISO 13485 standards, ideally IVDR.- Concrete experience in the qualification of production equipment.- Comfortable with ERP/MES tools.- Bilingual French/English. jid345deefaen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
