On behalf of one of our clients, the OKJOB Delémont agency is looking for a Manual Bituminous Coating Adjuster (M/F). Requirements for this position: Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in the installation and manual adjustment of bituminous coatings. Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit. Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors. Flexibility regarding working hours (irregular work sometimes). Knowledge in reading plans and levels. Good knowledge of French (German is a plus). The duties assigned to this position are as follows: Setting up and manually adjusting bituminous coatings on various construction sites. Ensuring the quality and finish of the coating according to site requirements. Working with implementation teams and adjusting thicknesses and slopes according to plans and instructions. Strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Routine maintenance of tools used. Demonstrating versatility based on site needs.
