Our client, a growing fiduciary firm based in Lausanne, is looking for a Mandate Manager wishing to develop in a modern, human-centred and advisory-oriented environment.
You will join a close-knit team where everyone manages their files independently, while being able to rely on available colleagues and accessible management.
Your daily tasks:
- Independently manage a portfolio of Swiss clients (SMEs, self-employed, companies).
- Ensure bookkeeping up to annual closures.
- Prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities.
- Advise your clients on accounting, tax and administrative issues.
- Support clients in their development and maintain a close relationship.
- Participate, according to your experience, in supervising junior staff.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in fiduciary services in Switzerland in a similar role.
- Federal diploma in finance and accounting or fiduciary services: a real asset.
- French-speaking, fluent English mandatory (international clients).
- Ability to manage a portfolio of mandates independently.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting and taxation.
- Positive personality, service-oriented and enjoying teamwork.
