Fiduciary Mandate Manager and Certified Auditor (m/f/d)

To strengthen our teams in Pully and Fribourg, we are looking for a holder of the expert accountant diploma with certification as an auditor according to ASR - to fill a position as mandate manager.
You have solid experience in fiduciary and/or auditing and wish to develop in a dynamic and demanding environment.
In this responsible role, you independently manage a portfolio of SME clients, with a particular focus on the restaurant and hotel sectors. You are a trusted partner for your clients and proactively support them in their financial, tax and organisational challenges. In addition, you carry out ordinary and limited audits.

Tasks
- You independently manage and develop your own portfolio of SME clients
- You are the main contact person and proactively advise your clients
- You supervise and support employees (accounting assistants), ensuring the quality of work
- You ensure compliance with current standards and optimise accounting processes
- You supervise payroll management on your files
- You support your clients in their financial, organisational and strategic decisions (company creation, restructuring, succession, etc.)
- You carry out ordinary and limited audits in accordance with the requirements of the CO and ASR
- You act as a trusted partner in tax advice (optimisation, planning)
- You supervise the preparation of tax returns (individuals and companies) as well as the preparation of VAT statements
- You advise our clients in more complex tax situations
- You work closely with management as well as with other sites in French-speaking Switzerland
- You actively participate in the optimisation and automation of fiduciary processes for your clients. You support your clients in their digital transition
Requirements
- Education – Holder of an expert accountant diploma
- Proven experience – Several years of experience in auditing and/or fiduciary, ideally in an SME environment
- Digital skills – Ideally knowledge of Abacus and M-Files software; enjoyment in supporting our clients in their digital transformation
- Languages - Excellent command of French; knowledge of German is a great asset
- Interpersonal skills – Strong interpersonal skills, high initiative and entrepreneurial spirit for portfolio development
- Proximity – Enjoy advising and supporting entrepreneurial families sustainably
- Autonomy & rigour – Ability to work independently, organised and efficiently
