Our client, an ever-evolving industrial company, is looking for a management expert (M/F/X) to manage, optimize, and ensure the reliability of system X, in close connection with the production management system (PMS) and the company’s digital tools. Mission: - Develop and maintain the ERP roadmap and consolidate its developments with key users.- Guarantee level 1 and 2 support related to PMS and associated tools.- Perform SQL queries and data crossovers to produce analyses and decision support.- Design and develop reports and dashboards to enhance service autonomy (Excel or BI Tableau).- Manage continuous projects related to flows (machine connectivity, storage systems, external solutions, new tools).- Ensure communication with external parties and coordinate system developments.- Contribute to the consistency and relevance of analysis requests to ensure effective solutions tailored to business needs.- Actively participate in processes with a focus on performance and superior management.Profile:- Degree in management, systems, or equivalent.- Confirmed experience in an industrial environment, ideally with a PMS/ERP.- Mastery of the Office suite and software for database design along with very good knowledge of SQL.- Good understanding of industrial flows and business challenges (logistics, production, finance).- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and interact with various stakeholders.- Analytical mindset, rigor, service orientation, and autonomy.- Excellent problem-solving and solution skills.
