Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendors, and facility coordination
Act as the main point of contact for employees, promoting a welcoming and inclusive workplace
Organise meetings, internal events, workshops, and onboarding/offboarding activities
Provide proactive support to the executive team (calendar, travel, meetings, expenses)
Collaborate with HR and support cross-functional initiatives
Maintain accurate records and handle confidential documents
Identify and implement process improvements across admin and office functions
Lead or support special projects aligned with business goals
Your profile:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or relevant degree
2-5 years' experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative support
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); Swiss German is a plus
Strong MS Office skills and confident with digital collaboration tools
Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills
Professional, discreet, and a team player with a proactive mindset
