For a fast-growing company in Switzerland, we are looking for an M&A Manager.

## Job Description ##

\-The role requires travelling on the Swiss territory.

\-Execute the organisation's M&A strategy, including coordinating due diligence, structuring and coordinating pre-closing and post-acquisition operational integration.

\-Support post-acquisition to drive growth and deliver sustainable value creation and synergies.

\-Deal Execution & Negotiation: Coordinate end-to-end transaction process: financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment.

\-Integration & Synergy Realisation: Develop and oversee post-merger integration plans, ensuring operational and cultural alignment.

\-Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and internal approval processes.

\-Stakeholder Management: Act as primary liaison with external advisors (DD, legal counsel, auditors) and internals stakeholders

## The Successful Applicant ##

\-Proven experience in M&A execution and strategic partnerships within healthcare or related industries.

\-Strong negotiation skills, including carve-out transactions and complex deal structures.

\-Expertise in financial modelling and valuation.

\-Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

\-Familiarity with integration processes.

\-Fluent in English

\-German and French are an asset.
