Maintenance Technician
whose main mission will be to ensure corrective and preventive maintenance of production and logistics equipment, while contributing to their optimisation and process improvement.
Job Description
- Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance on production installations and equipment
- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns through comprehensive analysis (determining the cause and repairing mechanical, electrical, IT or automation faults)
- Carry out interventions precisely in compliance with safety instructions and current standards
- Manage orders and oversee relationships with suppliers
- Perform preventive maintenance and propose solutions to improve equipment reliability
- Collaborate with various internal departments to optimise equipment and enhance the responsiveness and reliability of maintenance processes
- Complete reporting related to interventions and update work orders
Profile Sought
- Technician ES in industrial or microtechnical systems or equivalent
- Recognised skills in automation and numerical controls (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.)
- Experience in electrotechnics and mechanics
- Proficiency with common IT tools, with good knowledge of SAP ERP and industrial IT
- Methodical and rigorous approach with analytical and synthetic thinking
- Excellent team spirit, attentive and with easy communication skills
- Basic knowledge of English and German considered an asset
- Availability for shift work (2x8)
- Availability to attend initial training in Geneva before continuing the assignment in the canton of Fribourg
