A pharmaceutical laboratory active in the fields of pharmacy and biotechnology is recruiting a 100% Maintenance Technician.

Maintenance Technician
Your contribution to the company in a pharmaceutical and chemical environment:
In direct contact with the maintenance manager and in collaboration with the entire maintenance team in place, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all production equipment in compliance with the site’s EHS and cGMP rules;
- Carrying out preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance activities;
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting installations while proposing reliability improvement ideas;
- Participating in the planning of maintenance activities and ensuring their timely completion;
- Organising and managing external companies during maintenance activities;
- Updating technical documentation, procedures and other documents related to the field of activity;
- Actively collaborating with other members of the maintenance team, production, the technical office and quality assurance;
- Participating in the on-call service;
- Ensuring that activities are documented according to the GMP rules in force on the site;
- Handling non-conformities and changes in the quality system in place;
- Keeping the CMMS up to date.
Your skills and talents:
With a technical CFC training as a mechanic-electrician, or equivalent basic training in mechanical or electrical maintenance (OIBT 13 or 15 certification is a plus), you have at least 3 years of proven experience in industry and ideally in a pharmaceutical or chemical environment subject to GMP and ISO standards.
You have skills in adjusting and maintaining packaging and packing equipment and/or in the field of energy and chemical production installations.
You have a perfect command of French (English is an asset) as well as common IT tools. You have very good writing skills.
You have strong analytical skills and demonstrate calmness and perspective in stressful situations.
You also know how to communicate with pedagogy and kindness to facilitate interactions within your team and with other company departments.
You are willing to work staggered day shifts.
Finally, your ability to communicate concisely and effectively, your sense of organisation, loyalty and team spirit are all qualities that complete your profile.
