Thévenaz-Leduc SA, a company of the Barec Group, a long-standing family business and one of the most important providers of complete recycling solutions in Switzerland, is looking for a:Maintenance Technician on a permanent contractWe are looking for two people, one for our site in Ecublens and one for our site in [Location removed].Main tasks:As a generalist and/or specialist, you will work on our machines and our equipment such as the LUC 816T shear, UNOTECH paper baler, automobile shredder, overhead cranes, mobile cranes, and other equipment.Emergency response in case of breakdowns:- You perform incident diagnostics and intervene if necessary according to your skills.- You carry out assembly, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting interventions in different technical or technological fields (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic) based on instructions, plans, and diagrams (if existing).- You are not necessarily specialized in a specific technique, but are capable of intervening and working on each of them or several of them.Regular maintenance:- You try to follow the maintenance plan in collaboration with the team.- You collaborate on preventive maintenance by trying to prevent breakdowns rather than just repairing them.- You perform the necessary technical operations, replace worn or defective parts according to the maintenance plan.- You intervene (as a generalist) on peripherals such as sensors, motors, and cylinders.Projects:- You collaborate and participate in the installation and implementation of new machines.- You ensure and maintain the quality level defined by the quality assurance department and you have a good vision of the site and other work necessary for the smooth running of the site.Profile:- Training in the electromechanical sector with experience in assembly techniques, hydraulics, and pneumatics.- Comfortable in an industrial environment, dust, grease, and mainly outdoors.- French (spoken-written), notions of technical German or English are an asset.- Team player, flexible, precise, and autonomous.- Strong sense of responsibility and professional conscience.- Ability to solve problems.
