To strengthen our team, we are looking for a polymechanic for our external after-sales service, ready to take on technical challenges and offer quality service to our customers.Polymechanic - Maintenance Technician - with Swiss VET Diploma (CFC)Your missions:- After-sales intervention: Troubleshooting and maintenance on our entire range of machinery, including CNC machines, directly at our customers' sites in Switzerland.- Installation: Preparation of machines before delivery, and commissioning at our customers' sites.- Support & assistance: Telephone support and guidance for customers.- Workshop maintenance: Repair and refurbishment of used machines in our workshop.- Spare parts management: Ordering and tracking of components necessary for interventions.- Mechanical assembly & wiring: Assembly and mounting of mechanical components, as well as electrical systems.Your profile:- Education: VET Diploma (CFC) in polymechanics or equivalent.- Technical skills: Proficiency in mechanics, reading electrical diagrams, electricity, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.- Experience: Experience in after-sales service is an asset, or a strong interest in this field.- Organization & autonomy: Ability to manage interventions independently with rigor and efficiency.- Mobility: Driver's license and residence in Switzerland (radius of approx. 40 min. around the company).- Language: Swiss German or German.We are looking for a personality who is:- Dynamic, sociable, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.- Customer-oriented, rigorous, and proactive.- Capable of managing stress and adapting to unforeseen situations.What we offer:- 5 weeks of vacation, including a closure during the Christmas holidays and two weeks in summer.- A stimulating work environment with varied technical challenges.- Regular working hours: no night work, no weekends, and no on-call service.- Activity rate: 90% position (with one full day off every two weeks) or as agreed.- Availability: To be agreed – ideally immediately.Ready to take on the challenge?
