Our solutions are found from motorsports to automotive interiors, luxury sailing yachts, bridges and believe in providing solutions, combining product performance with deep engineering knowledge, marketing and customer support all the way from final product.Maintenance Technician 100%Job DescriptionJoin the Bcomp team as a Maintenance Technician and contribute to the proper functioning of our equipment and infrastructure in an innovative and growing industrial environment.Main Responsibilities:- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on mechanical equipment and- Develop and update maintenance plans for- Diagnose and resolve technical breakdowns quickly and efficiently- Provide technical support for continuous projects on production lines- Participate in external audits (VDA, ISO)- Perform machine FMEA analyses (risk analysis and critical spare parts)- Use and update maintenance management software- Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs to identify areas for improvement- Manage the spare parts warehouse and maintenance tools- Participate in drafting specifications for new machinesProfile- Maintenance technician qualification or equivalent title- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment- Confirmed experience in production line maintenance- French language, with good knowledge of English (oral and written)- Field-oriented, service-minded, and excellent analytical skills- Good knowledge of industrial partners and suppliers related to maintenance- Proficiency in common tools (MS Office, maintenance software, etc.)- Solid skills in electricity and mechanics- Ability to perform standard mechanical work on industrial lines- Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive personWhat we offer:- Factory and offices located near the Fribourg train station- 5 weeks of vacation- Work schedule on weekdays only, no weekend work- Opportunities for (Bcomp Academy) andWe would be delighted to receive your complete application. jid9cd3389aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
