Within this role, attached to our Methods Division, you actively contribute to the good availability of all equipment by ensuring the proper execution of the preventive maintenance plan while constantly ensuring a balance between workload and capacity of the activities concerned.

- Plan / schedule all preventive maintenance in collaboration with production departments.
- Initiate service orders and prepare technical files for efficient execution of interventions.
- Manage external interventions on site and update intervention reports.
- Analyse failure causes and develop preventive maintenance procedures (operations, item, etc.).
- Collaborate with support services by participating in equipment reliability actions and projects.
- Manage continuous improvement actions for the activity.

- Technician ES diploma or Bachelor in industrial systems or equivalent qualification in industrial maintenance.
- 5 years of experience in the industrial field, ideally in the watchmaking sector.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and IT fields.
- Very good knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving.
- Good knowledge of a CMMS software, ideally SAP.
- Proficient in office tools (MS Office).
- Good communication skills with internal clients and suppliers.
