Your mission: The Maintenance Technician plays an essential role in the reliability, safety, and performance of production equipment, ensuring proper functioning, maintenance, and upkeep of Responsibilities · Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of primary/secondary packaging and spray drying equipment. · Perform repairs within the required deadlines to minimize downtime. · Participate in the commissioning and setup of new equipment. · Write, update, and apply maintenance procedures. · Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities in coordination with the relevant departments. · Provide responsive technical support to production teams, including troubleshooting and improving equipment performance. · Suggest and implement techniques to enhance reliability and efficiency of equipment. · Participate in the management of spare parts and associated documentation. · Supervise external companies working on equipment. · Collaborate closely with the Utilities, Facilities, Metrology, Methods, and IT departments. · Participate in technical projects and multidisciplinary interventions. · Inform internal partners of activities carried out, ongoing interventions, and actions necessary for the proper functioning of equipment. Ensure rigorous reporting of activities via the CMMS within deadlines Your profile · Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly technical industrial environment. · Degree X in electromechanics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent. · Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical quality standards. · Experience with thermal or spray drying equipment: a plus. · Proficiency in French; English B1-B2. · Excellent command of tools: MS Office, CMMS. jid2628c91aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
