We collaborate with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in life sciences and fluid control to enhance the performance of their devices, thereby contributing to accelerating scientific research, diagnosing diseases faster, improving medical treatments, and making machines more efficient, for significant benefits. Our team works effectively, but above all to preserve the foundations that have ensured the success of IMI X for over 150 years.We are looking for our site at FAS Medic SA in Palézieux, Vaud a Maintenance Technician.Roles / Responsibilities- Conduct troubleshooting and the preventive maintenance plan for machines and promote a safety culture: PPE, LOTO, reporting hazardous conditions, risk analyses, etc.- Participate in continuous improvement of equipment.- Analyze root causes of failures and identify potential issues.- Identify and report technical opportunities on the system X based on activities performed.- Participate in the updating of technical procedures.- Ensure activities in the defined sector as a leader during annual maintenance.- Contribute to continuous improvement of the sector using TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tools.- Coordinate interventions with production.Profile- Industrial systems technician or equivalent, CFC BTS MAI or preferred experience as a technician with knowledge of PLCs (preferably Schneider and Beckhoff).- Good knowledge of robots (preferably Staubli).- In-depth understanding of production complexes.- Knowledge of TPM.- Machining skills are a plus.- Flexibility and availability to work on shifts, on call, or in a 2*8 schedule if necessary.- Basic knowledge: Word, Excel.- Autonomous with a hands-on approach, enjoys working with people, technology, and quality.- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team and under stress.Languages: French, English is a plus.
