As part of a new project in Sion, we are looking for a Technical Concierge / Building Maintenance Technician: Your tasks: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technical systems - Ensure maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of technical systems - Manage maintenance and upkeep activities - Handle various requests and small repairs - Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and purchase orders - Supervise and follow up on work execution by companies and implement appropriate procedures for different sectors - Tasks (CMMS, manage small projects, and on-call service (1 week / 5)) Your profile: - X degree, vocational training or diploma in building technology or maintenance, electricity or energy, or X years of confirmed experience in a similar position in the services, facility management, or technical field - Driving license - French language skills (B2/C1) - Very good mastery of common tools (MS Office) - Strong customer orientation, team spirit, and flexibility Ready for us?
